MARIZA NEIADA, Berklee
Mariza Neiada is a vocalist from Athens, Greece on her last year at Berklee College of Music. She is double majoring in Music Therapy and Vocal Performance , and also plays guitar and keyboard. At Berklee, Mariza has worked in medical, psychiatric, geriatric and specialized school settings. Mariza is fluent in Greek and English and knows French and Spanish. For the past year, she has been working on the Counseling and Advising Center at Berklee as an office assistant. Mariza has worked with children with visual and other multi-impairments and has observed sessions of speech and occupational therapy for children with autism. Her music therapy training skills are focused on the power and adaptability of clinical music and how to make it accessible enough to meet the clients’ needs at the present moment.
